Then we will answer them for everyone to share in that information. This depends on what you are turning the prop you now have in rpm's. Your motor is supposed to turn in a specific range of rpm's at wide open throttle (w.o.t.), this range is always stated in the owners manual. If you are turning in the upper end of this range, then you can increase the pitch of the prop to achieve more top end speed but you will slow down the take off of the boat. Usually changing 1" pitch will change the rpm's 100 - 200 rpm. Going up in pitch will lower rpm's and vice versa.
